Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. About this service

TrainerCircuit is a fan-made utility for creating, saving, reviewing and exporting competitive Pokémon team and deck information. It is not an official Play! Pokémon tournament-management or registration service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Company International or Game Freak.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the information saved to your account. Information you provide should be accurate where it is intended for tournament or player identification purposes.

3. Team lists and generated content

The service helps format and analyse team information, but you remain responsible for checking legality, accuracy and tournament requirements before submitting or using a team list. Features described as experimental, including generated Play! Pokémon QR codes, should not be treated as an official replacement for Pokémon services.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use another player’s personal information without permission.

5. Community events

TrainerCircuit event pages are created and managed by individual users or community organisers. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event details and for managing registrations fairly. Where TrainerCircuit offers to pre-fill an event from public Pokémon event information, including the public Pokémon Event Locator, the host must review those details before creating the registration page because Pokémon may change the source or publish incomplete information. Pre-registration through TrainerCircuit does not guarantee entry where an organiser applies separate eligibility, payment, capacity or tournament requirements.

6. Availability

The service may change, be suspended or be discontinued. No guarantee is made that the service will always be available, error-free, or accepted by tournament organisers.

7. Intellectual property

Pokémon names, characters, artwork and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. The original site design, code and non-Pokémon content remain the property of their respective creators and licensors.

8. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the Profile page. Deletion removes server-side profile data, saved teams, event registrations, events you host, account tokens and any uploaded avatar associated with the account.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. New registrations are asked to accept the current version.

10. Contact

For questions about the service or these terms, contact the site administrator through Pokémon League Swindon.
